Lab of Clustering Sequences

Goal

The goal of this lab is to introduce optimal matching and clustering on sequence data.

For the purposes of this lab, we’ll use the same data we used in the previous lab. We’ll use TraMineR as the library for this lab. We’ll start with loading the library, and then loading the data and creating a sequence.
