The Reverse Bell Circuit

The Bell circuit, like most of the gates we will be using, is reversible in the sense that if we use the output of the BC as input to first the $\text{CNOT}$ gate and then send the upper qubit in this figureFig10_3 through the Hadamard gate, we end up with the original set of states. We will call such a gate the reverse Bell circuit (RBC).
