Sometimes, a user will see something that could be improved in a published Answer. When this happens, they will leave a user feedback. If you are the author of the Answer that was given a user feedback, you will receive an email stating the feedback and the email of the user who gave the feedback. The Answers team will receive this same email and immediately get to work verifying that the feedback left is valid and correct. If the feedback is errenous, the user who left the feedback will be thanked and the feedback turned down. If the feedback is valid, the Answer will be updated according and the user who left the feedback will be thanked.
Please note that you can answer the user feedback as well! However, you are not required to and, even if you don't, the Answers team will respond back to the user in order to ensure that your Answer remains up to date and factual.
