Google’s solution is generic

Speech-to-Text is used by thousands of different companies with all kinds of different use cases. Many customers ask if they can train the ML model in order to produce lower error rates. However, STT is not designed for that. There is no offering available that would provide a separate, isolated model specifically reserved for a single customer or instance.

In order to provide higher accuracy for specific use cases, the API provides an alternate solution called speech adaptation.
