As any market watcher might imagine, venture capitalists are watching nascent AI technologies like GPT-3. Flomenberg summarizes the appeal: “GPT-3 is unlike any other NLP model that we have ever seen before. It is a substantial step in the direction of building more generalized AI.” The untapped potential is enormous, he argues, and the business world still “underestimates and therefore underutilizes the capabilities of LLMs.”
