Creating an Azure account

Before we begin to set up the environment, let’s create an Azure account and DevOps project first.

1. Go to the https://azure.microsoft.com

2. Click the Try Azure for free button.

3. Confirm that you want to start.

4. Enter a new or an existing email address.

5. Select your country and date of birth.

6. Fill out the registration form

7. Enter your payment details. They will not charge you during the evaluation period.

8. Click Sign Up and that’s it. Now we can navigate to the portal by clicking Go to the portal or portal.azure.com.
