A cloud deployment model is a model that has some specific configuration set up with some changes in the parameters like the accessibility and proprietorship of the deployment infrastructure and storage size. Hence, the deployment type can vary based on the person/organization managing the infrastructure and the location where the infrastructure is deployed.
