ARCore is a framework from Android that provides developers with a plethora of tools to create vivid and immersive Augmented Reality experiences.
ARCore’s vividness comes from the fundamental concepts that Google used to develop it. Google kept in mind that a phone must understand its environment competently in order to augment reality. This understanding of the environment is brought about by tools such as motion tracking, which allows the device to understand its relative position in the environment.
Furthermore, Google also placed an emphasis on making augmented 3D Models look realistic by implementing the ARCore’s Light Estimation API.
