Networking Fundamentals

If you are not new to cloud computing and have experience with AWS or another cloud provider, you can skip this lesson. However, it will help you to brush up on your existing skills.

At this point, if you can answer in your own words, what is cloud computing? Then, you are ready to proceed with the subsequent lessons. If not, then please re-read the previous lessons.

Even though cloud computing is an evolution of the on-premise computing infrastructure, some basic concepts are also applicable here.

In this lesson, you will go through the networking fundamentals or key terminologies we will use throughout this course. We will not cover the concepts required in traditional on-premise networking like Hubs and switches because providers now handle that infrastructure.
