Structure of the Course

The course focuses on different aspects of engineering management interviews. It includes guidelines on how to answer questions on various topics, including people and project management, organization building, and cross-functional collaborations. The questions presented in the course are mainly categorized as follows:

  1. Situational questions: You are presented with a certain situation in the question and expected to articulate how you approached the problem and the actions you took, in a story-like fashion.

  2. Conversational questions: You are presented with a question that will have follow-up questions depending on what your answer is. This will encourage a conversation between you and your interviewer.
