Summary: Final Application

This chapter covers our core functionality, which now includes a working database. We used a test-driven approach combined with already familiar techniques and fp-ts utilities to build this application. We found that integrating a NoSQL database was not that different from what we did in earlier chapters. We also saw that the impact of our changes was limited. In the next chapter, we’ll do some more work on this application and learn a few more things about fp-ts.
