Creating your Educative profile

Overview

Creating your Educative profile will help you highlight your expertise while allowing others to network with you, inside and outside of our community.

How to make a full profile

A full profile includes:

• Full name: Your legal name or pseudonym.
• Photo: A high resolution headshot in .png or .jpeg form.
• Socials: Any social media you use to promote yourself, your work, or your career should be included. You have the option of Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub.
• Short Bio: How you identify yourself professionally. For example, your current role.
• Full Bio:
• Most impressive or current role
• Subject matter expertise
• Programming languages
• Current role + where you currently write or teach

How to submit your profile for verification

Please submit your profile for verification by completing two steps:

1. Fill out this form
2. Update your profile on Educative to be consistent with the information you submitted through the above form.

Once you become a published Answers contributor, you are officially a part of the Educative Answers community.

After the verification of your profile, you will:

• Have your name on the article information card on the Answers feed.
• Receive an image with a quote from your article or profile that you can share on your social media. 
• Have a place to highlight your expertise while allowing others to network with you by having everything in one place on your Educative profile.
