Create the Alexa Skill on the console

If this is your first time building an Alexa Skill, we recommend completing this chapter step by step. It will walk you through all the necessary steps.

Sign In

To get started, login to the Alexa Developer Console with your Amazon Developer account.

Create the Skill

Click the “Create Skill” button on the right-hand side of the Alexa Developer Console. It will take us to a new page.
