Ordering visualizations
A simple yet popular ordering methodology that data storytellers and visualizers often use is building up a plot by keeping certain elements of the plot consistent and adding to it. Animations are sometimes also used for this purpose.
Consider a sample line plot below. Here, we have defined the x-axis as the month, and the y-axis as a satisfaction score.
