problem in terms of graphs, and then describe and analyze the given algorithm
to solve it and then give its Python implementation.

The mayor's claim states that it is possible to legally drive from any intersection to any other intersection. Kosaraju's algorithm is a linear time algorithm that can be used to determine the strong connectivity of a directed graph.


- Create an empty stack $S$ and perform a depth-first search (DFS) on the original graph $G$, pushing each visited vertex onto stack $S$ after its subtree has been explored.
- Compute the transpose of graph $G$, creating a new graph $GT$. The transpose of $G$ is obtained by reversing the direction of all edges in the graph.
- Perform a second DFS on the transposed graph $GT$, using the order of vertices in stack $S$ as the order to visit the vertices. The DFS in this step should start from the top of the stack and remove vertices as they are visited.
- During the second DFS, if all vertices are visited and form a single strongly connected component (SCC), then the original graph $G$ is strongly connected, and the mayor's claim is $true$. If multiple SCCs are found, the graph is not strongly connected, and the mayor's claim is $false$.
