Today, we live in a world where we can instantly connect with friends and family across the globe, access information from anywhere, make complex calculations in seconds, and even simulate entire virtual realities. From the smallest smartphones to the most powerful data centers, computers process and manipulate vast amounts of data at incredible speeds.
Although the scope and power of computing have undeniably increased and evolved over the past few decades, the adoption of professional practices in the field has not always kept pace.
