With AI product management, we’re selling in a number of ways. There’s the traditional sense of selling, which is this: creating a product that our market wants to buy. This is inherent in any traditional PM role. Our understanding of our market, our product, and our salesforce is one where we’re confident in the solution we’re bringing to market, our solution’s performance, and our salesforce’s ability to articulate the value of the solution we’re building.
