Remove Skepticism

Many organizations still doubt the feasibility and desirability of Agile. Sometimes there’s friction between the roles on the team. Summarized, the objections usually come down to the following.

• Ignorance breeds intolerance: The mechanisms and techniques in Agile are new and can sometimes be experienced as terrifying.
• Loss of control: To newcomers, Agile seems anarchic and complex. Loss of control is feared. As is the lack of architecture and design. Unfortunately, the latter fear is often justified.
