As a manager, you should be ready to experience a shift in focus. Before becoming a manager, you would have been overseeing several projects that only required an individual thought process. When you become a manager, it is different. You are required to see and access situations from different perspectives. This job is a new higher position that needs you to oversee, coordinate, and conduct a much bigger picture. You would have new problems to solve.
