Team members share their creativity while brainstorming how to achieve a set goal or solve problems.

An essential goal to aim for is making a diverse team a winning team as well. The culture of winning must be ingrained in the group.

When a team can work together, it can solve daunting challenges with relative ease because there is mutual support and trust from its members. Therefore, it is a win-win situation for both the team and the manager, thus also reflecting on the effectiveness of the manager.
