Create an action plan

An objective is more likely to be actualized when it is in written form. Every structured organization uses an action plan to carry out its projects and to conduct its operations. There is a high level of specificity to every activity carried out by a team.

The first step to take before deploying team members to carry out their respective roles is to have a well-developed plan, covering what to do, when to do it, and who to assign to given roles.

This creates a framework of expectation for each individual in a team toward which they can work. The expectations laid out must be realistic.
