T-Shirt sizing

Described in the “More Effective Agile Requirements Prioritization” chapter, the T-shirt sizing approach can be used to plan at the portfolio level, and we have worked with companies that have done that successfully. However, if a company is able to calculate cost of delay for its initiatives, especially if it can calculate it in monetary terms, the significant business value available from using WSJF makes WSJF preferable.
