• Discuss your architecture with your key technical leaders from the perspective of Conway’s Law. In what ways do you see the human organization aligning with the technical organization, and vice versa?

• Review the human organization of your largest projects. To what degree is the work truly partitioned vs. monolithic? How complex is the web of communication paths in the human organization, and how do those relate to the software architecture?

• Review the Agile emphases in the table following table. Consider whether there is any easier, alternate way for your organization to maintain most of the emphases in the table without doing more design up front.
