Summary

What did we learn?

Having learned about the metrics frameworks, we now know how to actively find a balance of leading and lagging indicators in our metrics so that we can establish the right input and output metrics that our team can actively work on to have the desired impact on business goals. Having a balanced view of the data and being able to pick the right metrics for each initiative that our team works on is key to keeping our efforts focused and prioritizing the right items on our product roadmap.
